OMP lines, fun times

what do the black hoses that go to the oil injectors do? also how bad is running without the OMP lines cause the transparents ones broke and have been dumping oil for probably a week now

The OMP is imperative to engine health. You should immediately start premixing if you want your engine to remain in good running condition. The black rubber lines are fresh air sources for the oil injectors and need to be attached. Either replace the plastic OMP lines (search for cheaper alternatives to new OEM lines) or if you have an s4 you can block off the OMP and go straight premix.
