OMP line
Hello,
'90 Vert.
I replaced my OMP about 2 weeks ago. Today I was under the hood and noticed that in my sloppiness I left one of the lines that runs from the OMP to the oil nozzles on the rotor housing too close to the drive belt and the belt has cut into the line.
I still have the lines from the old OMP so I can replace it once I have the time. I was thinking that in the short term I could loosen the banjo bolt, move the line out of the way and do something to cover up where the belt has cut into the line so I can drive the car until I can give it my full attention.
Any thoughts or would I be taking too much of a chance?

Thanks.
I have the old metering oil tubes, so my next question is how do I get to the oil nozzle. I can see that the severed line (#2) runs up under the throttle body. I assume that needs to be removed to replace the metering oil tube?
Anything else that needs to be removed?
Thanks.

depends on which line you cut...you'll either be removing 1/2 the intake or the whole intake completely...pretty straight forward, nothing complicated about it.
