I made my block off plate out of T6061 aluminum cut out with a band saw.&nbsp Prior to this, I actually removed the pump that's installed on the inside of the front oil cover.

Yes, there's a 2-stroke adapter available, but I think someone had exposed a bad design flaw in the system.&nbsp I think it was copanden?

I am running premix right now cuz two of my "vacuum" hoses are broke to the oil injectors, how does 2 cycle run as far as carbon and deposits as well as lubrication and engine life???

Pre-mix burns a HELUVA lot cleaner in the engine.

I recall something a while ago that you could not do this on series 5 cars, since the ECU would read the electronic OMP as malfunctioning and set the car into limp home mode.
I'm not gonna switch until I go with an aftermakert EMS, and then I'll block it off. My lines and pump work great and don't leak, and the only real benfit to removing it would be getting less carbon build-up (meaning I don't NEED to drive as fast) and cleaning up the engine bay.

It can be done, but is not necessary. Basically, just take off the OMP, and bolt on a machined plate with a seal on it in its place. Then remove all of the lines and injectors, and replace the injectors with NPT plugs (repalcing the injectors is not necessary, but helps clean up).
Then make sure you run the right oil/fuel mix. (100:1, am I right?)
