rtek is not compatible with s5, period. Where's your fuel management? You're not going to be very reliable without it. Personally, I would go with a megasquirt & wideband for 400. Or you could just go with a safc for 200 if you think a piggyback will be good enough.

I'm not taking a shot at you. It's just that I don't know anyone pushing 240rw on stock injectors. Now if you have a S5 that would get you closer to that number than a S4 from the start.

I have read about people on stock turbo's running 250+ rwhp and stuff but it isn't common from what I've seen.

I said 550's wouldn't be reliable because usually your going to be running those injectors close to their peak duty cycle at those numbers. Running 720 secondaries helps to reduce the duty cycle making them more reliable.

Yeah I haven't seen an injector fail from high duty cycle myself but I don't want to.
Now I have hit 15 psi multiple times due to a blown wastegate line and my engines still here. So the 550's seem to be able to take it but I don't wnt to find out the hard way.

That's why I'm staying at 10psi. Once I get Rtek 1.7 or a Haltech I'll go 720 secondaries. I'd prefer to stay on the safe side.
