ok, TB mod...how-to ppl..search but no luck

ok, TB mod...how-to ppl..search but no luck
like it said ...i got my injector out ready to ship to RC engineering tomorrow, and...since the Manifold is out i guess TB mod will be a good thing to do while i'm @ it..
but!! i've never done it..heard about it..heard that it's good..and bad but WTF ..so i need to know which butterfly i need to take out?? the outter or inner??
then anything else.
( i know i need to tap the hole with JB weld right???)
well please let me know.
