ok need help..

alright so dont ask how but in a freak accident while working on my car i bent my gas peddle i didnt think it was any big deal and just made an attempt to bend it back. after i did so idle throttle it all seemed ok. i was working on the throttle so i had the intercooler off and after i put it back on imediatly all my belts started squeaking. now i know what it sounds like when belts slip if you check my other threads you will see when i baught the car i went through almost four belts on a bad alternator. but this is more like thier rust i had some "gunk" belt conditioner handy from my previous problems and sprayed some on. silent as the grave. but after i drove but ten feet it started up again first i couldnt tell from inside the car but after awhile i could. is this just a bad beld or something that is a strange coincidence or did i screw something up. please help.

Bent the gas peddle, thats an accomplishment.
I guess this could be considered slipping, but are you sure theres no water on the belts? When I had my Mustang, the radiator was leaking on the a/c belt and it made a really annoying squeling sound.
