Fuel Pump Install

Help.. i need some help on how to install a fuel pump. Do we need to drain the tank? Do we access the fuel pump from where the spare is? Any additional pointers before i start this dangerous task?

yes from where the spare is. Disconnect the battery. depressurize the fuel system. you have the workshop manual? If not download it.

I think Robinette gives you a how to. It's under the carpet in the hatch. Remember to get a brush and wipe away the dirt all around it.

One awesome thing I learned while doing my fuel pump, plug the lines with Golf Tees. They were outstanding for it, trust me
