ok, im trying to avoid postig but i need help
no its not ... i know youve read on here of all the people that have removed this stuff ... BAC is only when its under load ... ie moving the steering wheel .... not when i dont touch anything except the gas and clutch
OK well the stock BOV will cause a leak since it's not meant to be open vented. You need to get a check valve to stop the leak or route it back into the TID.
Also looks like your AFM is upside down. Shouldn't do any damage but meh

also have you taken off any of the manifolds lately? reason im asking is because a guy not too long ago had an ugodly bad idle problem and when he decided to tear it down he found out somebody had put the gasket on backwards causing a huge leak under the dynamic chamber (somewhere he couldnt get carb cleaner to to test for leaks) that might be an idea if you have removed any of the upper intake manifolds or dynamic chamber
"to test the BAC, remove the plug while the engine is idling- idle decreases if valve is working"- that tells me the BAC is instrumental in maintaining a kosher idle, even in a light load condition...I think the steering switch input to the ECU causes the bypass air solenoid (not the BAC) to activate for even MORE idle air...anyway, not here to discredit what you've done...have you adjusted the idle adjust screw to open the throttle plates a little more at idle?
you talking about the presevatives that were in the injectors for storage? I don't know where the idle adjust screw is for the T2- got an n/a (I know it's in a different location than mine though)...do you have the FSM? It should give the gap on the primary throttle plates for a good idle (of course, your gaps are gonna have to be bigger to make up for the loss of the BAC & ABV)
the emulsifers are something that sits in the hole that the actual injectors sit in ... steadies out the fuel or something like that .. its mentioned in the bruce tarantino or whatever video
that should not have anything to do with the problem...
Its Seems to me the bov is one for your problems as Digi7ech pointed out earlier.
The other is your throttle plates are they closing all the way? after doing the tb mod your throttle plates will be all the way closed if you didn't adjust them yet.
Idle stop screw is located on top of the TB closer to the firewall, you should adjust it so the throttle plates are only open as much as they need to be

we did the throttle body mod way back when i first got my car (over a year ago), and we adjusted it then ...
surely it couldnt have gotten this bad out of wack by just chillin in a garage?
how can i test my throttle plates ... take off the elbow and physically watch them open and close as i move the throtlle cable?? if so what should i look for and what should i want to see???
