Ok I got 3 major Problems

Ok I have 3 problems with my 87 TII....

1. Ok I just installed a new oil metering pump.... With the little holes on the bolts, and the holes in the oil lines, are those suppose to line up?

2. Ever since I installed the new pump, on start up with the car it smokes.... White smoke....

3. My main 80 fuse blew where do I get another...

So if anyone could help that would be nice....

Hasan

ok the first one the holes dont need to line up, its a banjo bolt and it has spaces all around for oil to flow.
2: dont know
3: you can get it at napa or shucks auto zone or any one that sells fuses.

Smell the smoke. White and sweet is coolant. White and not sweet could just be flooding or a cat problem.

I have learned in the past not to shun off what could be a big deal.. make sure and catch it now before it could possibly turn into a big deal!

Good point.

80A's don't blow for a "normal" reason.

Between the 2 80A fuses their prongs were both different...... the one that blew, the bolts went through the prongs, and the new one you just had to slide it in..... so it was probably stock fuse....
