Oil smoke above 4000 rpm

I was wondering if anyone knows if I have a oil injection problem or an oil sealing, internal engine failure. It runs great, but look out above 4000rpm.

Sounds like weak oil seals. Are you romping it before it's warmed up?

Another possibility that I've had recent experience with is excess crankcase pressure. I don't feel comfortable with my understanding of how the seals in the turbo work, but if there is excess crankcase pressure, oil can spew out of the turbo and/or damage the turbo seals. You could try driving around with an open vented crankcase and see if that makes a difference. If so test the PCV valve, check valve connected to the intake, etc.
