oil return line(na-t)

looking to finally finish my project and need a little feedback from others. decided to tap my front cover instead of the pan for my oil return. i just want to know if this is an ok place to tap. my thoughts are its flat, its right over a down slope in the pan,and it wont mess with anything. (sorry for the picture its from my cell phone. digi is dead)

yea its a **** pic because of my phone. the stock actually comes of the sid of the cover by the omp. if you look an a front cover this is the slope part on the lower left under the omp and stock oil return locations.
