oil quest?

I just changed my oil about 1000 miles ago. i have been traveling alot. I have an 88 Turbo II. I checked the oil dip stick today after driving it and it showed that it was low. Would that be normal or should i worry. the only thing that i did is that i replaced one of the oil lines with the racing beats stainless steel line. they dont leak or anything. thanks for relies.

Your car will consume oil due to the OMP, Your usage sounds SLIGHTLY excessive, nothing to worry abut IMHO.

Just remeber to check your oil at each FILL-UP. JOhn

I normally add a quart every ~800-1000 miles. Depends on what kind of driving and all. I think mine's a little excessive too, but I've heard that the extra oil doesn't necessarily hurt the engine, just makes a little smoke. Keep an eye on the level and it shouldn't be any problem
