oil pressure sender replacement help

Many of you already have or will be replacing your oil pressure gauge & sender with a more modern / reliable / accurate unit. In doing so, you often end up having to hunt down an adapter to get an NPT common sender bolted onto the 13B.

Instead just cut the stalk off the original sender, drill out the cut side, and tap it for your new sender. Instant adapter, of proper length also.

If you're just running a oem replacement from napa with the stock gauge, it's still the goofy design mazda used... This is intended for people who want to replace with aftermarket, usually the aftermarket ones come with a short *** stalk so they don't clear the rear housing, the DIY adapter provides the needed extension at the same time
