Oil Pressure Gauge a tad high

Always sticks below 60. However now it went above then below again, just once. Prob? or nothing? what should I replace to avoid problems? supposedly I have leaks in the pan, plug and engine.

Old car is old.
Verify with an aftermarket mechanical gauge to be sure.
