Oil Pressure gauge not working after auto>manual swap

Got everything working after an auto > manual swap except the oil pressure gauge. Is there something I unplugged like with the ECU or anything that could cause this? It's a 90 vert if that matters at all. Thanks

Oil pressure gauge doesn't go near the ECU.
There's just a single wire that connects to the sending unit.
