I am a bit concerned as my oil pressure seemed to always be close to 60psi while driving, now seems to be a bit under that.

Engine is approx 1/2 a quart low. Would that cause it?

 

Probably a dirty or clogged oil filter

actaully fram filters flow more oil than most filters but the bad side of this is it doesn't filter the oil as well as say a Puralator Pure one filter, I usally see 65-80 psi on my aftermarket gauge between 3500-7000the stock gauge is very slow to react to throttle conditions

 

i got my motor from Atkins and my pressure at 2K rpms is like 80-90 psi. they probably put in a higher pressure regulator tho.
