the easiest way would be to get a pedestal adapter that goes between you oil filter and the pedestal it sits on.

If there is a hard, small diameter plastic tube that goes to the back of the gauge, you might want to mount it on the shroud in front of the windsheild ...lol

In between the windsheild and the hood. The wiper arms stick up through it.

Keep in mind the only reason I say this is because that is a mechanical gauge, which means that hot, 30-60 psi oil must run to the gauge for it to get a reading. Its never happened to me, but I've talked to someone taht had one mounted in the cabin when the hose popped.........NOT a fun time.

electronic FTW.

if you're going to do the work anyway, might as well spend the money and buy a good quality part.
Electronic gauges win because they don't run hot fluids through the inside of your car.

Mechanical work fine. Just make sure to use COPPER tubing. The nylon **** they send with the kit kinds like hell and is a bitch to run the line.
Some people prefer buying a oil filter adapter. Personally, I just drilled and tapped the existing oil filter pedistal with a 1/8NPT tap. So far, no leaks and great readings. You can also buy pre-tapped stock pedistals from Banzai Racing for around $20 shipped if you dont have the equiptment to do it yourself.
