Oil Pan Baffles

Alright, ISC had one for 35 but don't offer it anymore. The other place I found was Mazdatrix, but they want 50. Is there anyone else selling a baffled under 50?

if you have any metalworking skills you could probably make your own with some sheet metal and some time. that is what i plan to do.

Basically what he said. They aren't too difficult to recreate, just time consuming if you are working with hand tools. Get a spare oil pan gasket for the bolt holes, and make an educated guess on the other holes. Nothing has to be super accurate. In the past I have also welded baffles into a stock pan with good results.

You could always drop the pan and motor mount bolt later to put it in but yeah, def easier now that it's out. I bought the one of mazdatrix a few years back...it's tough to get the screws into the front cover with the extra metal and gasket, but other than that seems to do the trick. If you needed it asap you're gonna have to drop the cash unless someone has a used one here.
