Oil Metering Pump Adapter

Alright well i searched but never found someone thats been useing this. So im wondering is this the way to go? Is it working good for anyone here? Does it really give you a perfect 100/1?

I would love to have more info on this thing. Although I would still question the injectors and lines unless you get new ones.
