search for premix. that will explain it.

1. he never said motor oil.....
2. I'm removing the OMP for diet reasons, not because I think it will break. Even though I do think it will break. Sorry mazda, but like the PD I think you over engineered the crap out of the car. (oh I know this line is going to cause hell on the forum.)

“Diet reasons”, I assume you mean weight.

What about the weight of the premix oil waiting in your tank?

People's logic and rational just amazes me.

Do you run around with an 1/8 of a tank of fuel to save weight or because you are cheep?

Just to let you know the fuel tank has a set capacity S4's have around 16.9 gal. tank. If you add 2 stroke like I do it takes the place of gasoline. Around 16 ounces worth since I do a half wuart per full tank. Not only that but adding taht two stroke SLIGHTLY leans out the mixture since it is lowering the octane just a tad and decreasing the amount of fuel(because now some two stroke is being shot in with it) going into the cumbustion chamber. It saves you gas, makes a TINY amount more power, and IMO lubes better.

I didn't go with pre-mix for weight or COOLness reasons. I just couldn't afford 100+ dolars for rubber lines. I am 120% satisfied with pre-mix.

hey smart guy does the oil in the tank weight as much as the mechanical OMP?! and I'm not trying to get more power out of premixing *edited for flaming* I'm not premixing for "coolness reasons" doing anything to a car for "coolness" factor defently gets a down syndrom sticker from me. I'm going to premix because I feel that will extend the life of the engine. *edited for flaming*

also, if you use 93 oct. gas with premixing it's not going to knock the oct. down that much.

Pounds per pump vs pounds per quart

Some of you should have been watching Mr. Wizard instead of Sponge Bob.

He didn't say it, so I will make it clear. If Icemark had to edit your post to remove a flame, this is your first warning. The second one gets you banned for a week.
