oil lines

I'm replacing the oil lines on my '86 base because they leak. It looks straight forward. Any one have any advice(other than buying braided ones), short cuts, etc. I believe that there are brass rings I need to replace to seal each line(yes/no)?

There are 6 crush washers. Get stailess steel braided lines. Use the right sized wrench. Be ready to clean up some oil. Inspect the cooler for leaks.
