oil in the inlet of my turbo?

i over heated my tII a couple of monthe ago and just got around to taking it apart and there is oil in the inlet to the turbo so any one care to give me the worst possible case scenario any ideas are aprreciated i plan on rebuilding the engine soon and am going to redo allo the coolant seals that are around the rotor housings and am going to port the engine while there do you think that the turbo bearings were posibly bad all of this stuff sat up for months exposed to open air in a junk yard before i used this stuff the engine ran maybe two hours tops and most of that at idle while i was checking things out
any help is appreciated
