Oil injectors

So according to the FSM on testing the oil injectors, mine must be bad. It seems weird that all four would be bad, but if you look at the picture, the green arrow shows the way I can blow while the red arrow shows the way it is supposed to go, but doesn't. Is there a way to clean these? I can get some used ones, but I am just curious if I need new or not? Fresh rebuild and oil is pretty important so I don't want to mess it up. Any experienced answers?

That is how it is suppose to be. I just tried some carb cleaner on it and fixed one of them up. Now to try the others.
