Oil driping from the transmission(Where the driveshaft connect)

Ok today i installed a transmission on my rx7...
But the transmission oil is driping from the place where you "enter" the driveshaft...is it normal? It stop as soon as the driveshaft is in.

Uh no it is not normal if the hole is plugged with the drive shaft for it to leak. If it is you need a nea rear seal.

rear seals are ~$10 and pretty easy to install., just pull the old one out of the tailshaft and push the new one in.
