oil cooler lines

anybody know where I can get some new oil cooler lines? both of mine are leaking and the dealership wants 250 for just the lower. anybody got some spare one layin around?

you can also very easily have your lines rebuilt at local shops for very little money. many have done this. you can also do it yourself there are a few threads to DIY

What I did was take my old hoses to a local hydraulic shop where they can custom make hoses....they installed new hose using the existing connections and even made it into a two piece for easier install/uninstall and they charged me 60 bucks a hose....

ditto the rebuild part, had mine rebuilt with higher pressure rated hose than the hoses originally came with and only cost a fraction of the price of OEM replacement lines.

I went to hose pros bought some hose that was rated at 300psi i believe. Cost me $3.. Hacksawed the old collars off and usesd 2 hose clamps on each side to make sure it stayed. Not the best fix but for only a couple bucks its worked great for 5000 miles or so.
