If I'm not mistaken, the banjo bolts are 27MM. You'll need a breaker bar to remove.

The nut at the front cover is a major pain. You'll need two wrenches (I just generally use Vice Grips) and some patience.

I just tried to tighten up the back oil cooler line yesterday, prettty certain it is 23mm.

Are these prone to leaking, how tight should these be?

I went to Wal-Mart and got a pair of stanley adjustable wrenches (big ones) specifically to do the front oil line.. Have proven themselves usefull for all sorts of other stuff (like the Air Conditioning lines)

lol, wutever
the one thats rite at the bottom of u is 23, the other connection is hard to get at, i used two vise grips and sum elbow grease (make sure u turn the right bolt towards the rad, keep a thin block of wood so if ur hand jerks back its doesnt mash the lines on the rad), the one that is connected to the block is also 23. and then just slowly take the lines out.

I just used 2 adjustable wrenches when I did mine.

Hold the closest front cover bolt stationary while you remove the connection.

Not very hard. Really easy when you have the fan shroud and radiator out
