Oil in coolant

Like the title says, theres oil in my coolant. The coolant buzzer/light goes on. I'm guessing its a coolant seal? do I need a rebuild? and before you say search. For some reason my computer won't let me search.

You might try the "coolant seal fix" in the "tech" section of http://www.rotaryresurrection.com/
