oil catch can what does it do
whats up rotor heads ? I have a question i hope you guys will help me with. I got a 88 tII w/13b re a gt 40 turbo and a half bridge port. Right now i am doing a lot of preventitive stuff (new hoses ,fuel filter, ect). And i was wondering if i possibly needed a oil catch can , what exactly does it do and how do u install one ?
oil catch can replaces the PCV valve, so instead of oil vapors from the engine being dumped back into the intake where they can lube the engine and coat the intake runners, they are dumped into the catch can.
