Oil in brake vacuum booster line

Ok, I put a rebuilt engine in a while ago and found out I had a few vacuum never the less the engine ran for a little bit (about 15 minutes collectively). Anyways when I was taking the intake manifold off to replace the liquid gasket with a real one (it just doesn’t pay to cut corners). I pulled off the brake vacuum booster line and oil started pouring out. I am not very car savvy but I don't think oil is suppose to be there. My friend explained to me about blow by but that would be a lot of blow by. I also saw oil sitting at the bottom end of my LIM, right next to where it would attach to the housing (that sounds like the blow by). Do you guys have any idea what this could be?

On second thought could it be brake fluid in the line?

Any help would be great.

Thanks, God bless, and yes I searched,
Zach

The Car is turbo, but i found no oil in the intercooler, at least that I could see. Although it had been sitting out for a week or so before I checked.

Did you hook up your crankcase breather right?

Check out the vacuum diagrams.

Sorry for the slow update, I am a slow worker.

I found traces of oil in the elbow that goes from the TB to the inter-cooler. Which makes me think it might be my turbo. I am searching for postings on blown turbos but I am not doing so well. So if anyone has a link help me out. But As for right there isn't that much end play so i don't see how my turbo can be letting that much oil come out of it. Also I didn't see the crankcase breather in the FSM do you have a page for that?

Thanks a lot you guys are such a big help.

God Bless,
Zach

Is there an oily black buildup on the inlet of the compressor? That's a sure sign that the turbo is bypassing oil.

It can also be normal for gunk to buildup in the brake booster line as it's tight spot that is exposed to purge gasses from the crankcase.
