What about oil filters? I have no clue!

Do you have a TII or N/A? For N/A run 10W30 or 10W40. For TII you can run 20W50 if you want.

Oil filters - Mazda OEM factory filters. You can get them at the dealer or at Mazdatrix. Tests have shown that they filter the best. They also have a metal oil bypass pellet in the filter, where as some of the other el-cheapo brands have cardboard ones!
