my odometer stopped working correctly, but the weird thing is... the only one that doesnt work is the hundreds. and since the hundreds aret working, the thousands dont roll. what do i do about this? wouldn't it be odometer fraud if i left it like it is now?

Lord knows I wouldn't bitch....

AFAIK, its just a set of plastic gears in the back. Something got jammed up back there, or broke off, or became disconnected. No matter what, no one can really tell you exactly how to fix it, and your best bet in the end will be to break out the jeweller's screwdrivers and get into the *** of the gauges. You'll see whats wrong and how it all works when you get in there.

So... Pitter Patter!
