Odd Symptoms?

Ok, well my car is doing some odd things hoping you guys could help me out. Few different symptoms, don't know if they are in any way related:

1) Inconsistent idle, not really a fluctuating one, more like sometimes it idles at 1500, sometimes 1000, sometimes 750, sometimes 2000, or any variation.

2) When started cold idle **usually** 800-1000, then when warmed up, idles higher **sometimes**

3) When car is cold, and given throttle off of idle, or even if its just in gear with out throttle, and throttle is applied, there is a hesitation, revs drop momentarily then revs will climb as usual.

4) Turbo not making as much boost as it should, (Stage III hybrid, MBC turned up quite a bit)

Those off the top of my head are the main symptoms, here's a little backround info that might help:

Checked for air leaks from filter onward...just bought new injector grommets since when I reinstalled the old ones they looked kinda iffy, have yet to put in new grommets, will do it this weekend.

TPS seems kind of erratic, sometimes when warmed up its right at 1.0V, then other times, like today at .790...then back to 1.0 after 3 hour break.

Sorry for the long post, I know its a chore, really would appreciate some insight. I think I may still have a leak somewhere (which is why I purchased the grommets), under boost I **think** I hear a leak but too much noise to be certain.

P.S. When I removed the UIM last, the original gasket was almost fused the the LIM, I got it off as best I could, possibly adding some scratches to the LIM, however I sanded and sanded and got it as smooth as I was patient enough to do, could this be a culprit? I installed new gasket + gasket sealer.

Thanks for the help!! Also the car is a series 4 Turbo II.

MODS:

No Cats
TID Mod
4 720cc injectors
S-AFC (yet to be tuned)
BNR Stage III Hybrid
E.L. Prototypes ECU

It may be that you have to replace the grommets the only time any of my cars was hesitating was when it was running to lean. Do you have any kind of detonation or backfiring? Also make sure that your vacuum lines are in good shape sometimes its not enough just to make sure there hooked up sometimes these lines can dryrot(it happens). Did you get all of the gasket material off? If you didnt that may be one of your problems you may not have a good seal on it what did you use to reseal it another gasket or rtv?

I do have a little bit of backfiring now that you mention it...I don't notice any detonation however.

I will double check the vacume hoses, you got a good point there.

I used a brand new gasket w/ rtv for extra measure...

I'm very frustrated getting this car to 100% again.

Hopefully tomorrow I will find the time to go ahead and change those grommets and to check for the leaks.

Does it sound like my symptoms are caused by leaks or perhaps that there is something else involved?
