For anyone who is interested, I ran the S5 FSM through OCR, so the text is searchable now. It also took the slight alignment skew out of the pages. The text isn't always 100% accurate, but it's *pretty* good.

The individual sections are all available, as well as a monolithic single document with bookmarks, useful when you're looking something up on your phone.
