Well the wire off the wiring harness I guess got brittle and broke. So now I have the connector but the other part of the wire looks to be sheilded.

What would be the best way to connect the plug back onto the harness?

just splice a thicker gauge wire to the harnes and to the o2 sensor. thats what i did when i put my headder on. it works great with no probs.
