O2 sensor help!!!

How would I go about making the wire for the o2 sensor longer? I am going to mount it to my header right after where the 2 pipes collect......any advice would be very helpful. I hope to get this done Monday.

It's pretty simple. You can either cut and splice the wire on the O2 sensor itself, or you can make an extension. Making one is the best choice...All you need are two spade connectors to match the ones on the sensor and engine harness...Take a look at the connectors and you will see what I mean....Simply connect the two spade connectors with 16 guage wire.
