my n/a not idleing right!!!!!!

ok. so when my car is at idle it won't stay at a steady rpm. it will warm-up then bounce up and down about 400-500 rpms. it definately needs to be tuned up because i bout it after some kid beat the **** out of it and then it sat for 10 months thru winter. also the exhaust isnt completely on yet there's a decent leak.
so i was wondering what i cud do to fix this. or are my seals shot???
also its n/a
thanks

It's probably your TPS out of adjustment. You can adjust it by going to http://howto.globalvicinity.com/gv_w...i=58&co=1&vi=1
