power window conversion in a GTUs

well I searched and every post says that a power window conversion can be done with the window regulators, door harnesses and the door panels and switches. Well I have all that and I went to install them in my 89 GTUs and relized the main chassis harness does not have the corresponding wires to the power window door harness (as in power windows cannot be installed on my car without swapping the main harness) Is the any way around this, did I miss something or am I really gonna have to swap my main harness to get my power windows.?

well I found out how to get the power windows to work...

the black/red wire on the drivers side door harrness goes to 30a fused 12v from the fuse box (power windows)

the red/white wire on the drivers side door harness goes to the passenger side door harness for window up operation

the green/white wire on the drivers side door harness goes to the passenger side door harness for window down operation

the black/blue wire on the drivers side door harness goes to the passenger side door harness for 12v source to the passenger window

now the other missing wires are for the power locks, witch you have to have the power lock relay as well. I have not figured out how to get these to work (I have the relay) if anybody can provide some help that would be awesome (icemark, I need your help!)

but for now at least I can get my windows working although I have not installed all this yet so if I have a problem I will report it here.
