Does anyone have a better diagram on how to remove the nose on my 7. Im in the process of putting my BMagic kit on and the haynes manual doesnt really show much on removal of the bumper cover. Thanx in advance

theres like 6 bolts on top under hood and like 6 on bottom, then 3 inside each fenderwell. remove the well covers and use a long socket wrench on em and the bumper just pulles off. its pretty easy. jack it up tho, its easyier to get to the bolts that way

Sorry to hijack.....

I was trying to remove the bumper on my 87TII and the only thing left is the fender well bolts. I removed the 3 nuts using a deep socket 10mm, but its still being held on by 3 more bolts/screws. They appear to be 8mm or so and the nut is square and I cant get anything to fit on it. Also, the upper most one isnt visible from the wheel well, only when looking at it from behind the bumper cover. There are no bolt/screw heads on that side, just black plastic covers or something. Anyone know wtf this is. I cant get the nose off without removing them, yet I cant seem to remove them! Iff all else fails, the dremel will remove them.

Thanks guys,

Devon

take off your front wheels...that makes it MUCH easier to get those hard to reach bolts
