Is it normal to have some blowby on a fresh rebuild????

npt while boosting, but theres like a lil bit of smoke or compression coming out of crank case vent....

Heh, Yeah that's normal. Mine SPIT oil out of the pipe, but if you just keep the RPM low, it should keep it to a minimum. Stick a catchcan on it, give it a little vaccum on the catch can. See if it starts filling up.
