noob in need of help

So i bought a none running 87tII and I put a jspec 89 turbo engine and tranny into the car.

Before I ever started it i put these upgrades on it.

full beat racing exaust, apexi intake no AFM, 800cc secondarys, walbro255 fuel pump, blitz bov, microtech Ecu and 4x ignition, Msd coils, and a few other basics.

after installing the microtech the car starts and runs decently but i have not had the car properly tuned to the microtech.

Question 1 what should my a/f ratio be for safe driving.

Question 2 in first gear in full throttle why does my stock waste/bov? fultter and all power is loss around 4500rpm?

Question 3 does there need to be some kind of vaculm line on the bov and if so where?

Question 4
do i need a ported wastegate and what does porting it do?

Question 5 how do i turn up my boost?

I know its a lot but any help will do.

I can answer the first one.... during normal driving it should be around 14.7; 14.7 is ideal.... under boost it should be around 11 or 12
