does anyone know where i can get some headlights that dont flip up, doesnt have to be the same design as the pic below but something similar would be great

www.cpracing.ca they have a nice set for $550 and you can use stock hood and bumper but you have to cut the bumper a bit. and it comes with all the wires and lights. and it looks nice

my friend ordered a set of cp racing headlights for his fc about 2 and 1/2 months ago, and hasnt recieved anything, they took his payment and said we will notify you when we send them out, but still nothing and they have no phone number to get ahold of them. id be carefull with cp racing

 

IIRC you can cut open the FTP lens holes, put a lens in there, and have the stock lights shine through (just disable the motor)... add some HIDs and it would be a lot cleaner than those bug-eye lights, or the FC2000-style lens...

Although, I can't garuntee if it would make as much light as them...

 

thanks, 550 is pretty expensive but i guess thats the price you have to pay if you want them. whats IIRC that can cut mine open?

 

maybe they'll come out with FD-like non pop ups. For now HIGGI is the only person I know of that can hook you up with a headlight mold to get rid of pop-ups but you better have some FG experience or get it done somewhere.
