Turbo Auto Vert

I looked into this, and speaking with a guy who did this, the key thing is to get a auto trans computer out of a Japanese auto trans turbo vert to get shifting in line with the higher power range.

I've also read that the part number for a Turbo auto trans and a NA auto trans is the same part number. So if you have a Auto Vert, aside from the trans computer, it looked to be pretty much a drop in thing.

no turboverts?

heh, I have two.

1989 widebody
and a 1988 with full s5 conversion and an ugly-*** STi hoodscoop to feed the TMIC.

both cars are nice cars
the only thing that I hate about the verts is the gearing, go to TII gearing unless you want to be able to go 115mph in 3rd gear (and nearly 80 in 2nd!)
