Exclamation 3500rpm - 5500rpm hesitation....

basically when i go through the power band lightly i get minimal to no hesitation, but if i go anymore then 1/4 throttle i'll get a hesitation at 3500rpm and 5500rpm, approx. there anyways....

if i run more boost the hesitation is worse....

when i revv in neutral i get a hesitation when i watch my motor....

mod are as follows on the bottom of the page, and it's dualy noted that i have grounded everything but the EFI harness under the UIM and changed the injector clips.... for now....

I say boost leak. Mine only happened when I went above 3psi.

I could not find mine, but tell ya what. I went to ATPTURBO.com and oredered their couplers. They are tripple stiched, opposed to the greddy single stiched. I also bought the T-Bolt clamps. All boost heitation went away. The only way for you to tell if it is boost is to boost and try to find it. You wont hear the leaks under idle.

I know that FCs (mine) supposedly get this same hesitation. If you've checked the FD FAQ, then maybe ours (FC) will help you. I've seen this mentioned in there.

this is just kind of a thought, but did you check your plug wires for a faulty connection. I know in piston engines that a bad spark plug wire can cause some hesitation in that rpm range. Can't imagine its different for a 7, but it could be.

from me?, yeah....

it seams like a compoud of things and different reasons as to why the car's hesitating....

today i ran higher boost to see what kind of symptoms my car would show, and it hesitates worse and more on higher boost....

any idea why it might do this?...
