if u have spark on front leading and coil checks out, u should have spark at leading in rear as there is only one signal going to coil

leadings are fired at same time (front/rear) and u could swap cables to check that out

what are u using to confirm spark? check directly on wires/plugs against ground/engine

(check engine is grounded properly)

If your running more than 8.6 psi of boost the rear rotor shuts of and u have to buy a sensor to override it. Its called like a fuel cut out switch and its like $100.

The leading coil is one dual-post coil, so both leading plugs fire at once. If you're definitely only getting one leading plug firing, it's probably a bad plug or lead. Since you've just bought it, a new set up plugs and leads would be a good idea anyway.

THANKS GUYS;
As to no spark on rotor #2 when i checked plugs the leading and trailing plugs were sootly black and ran poorly. I know the leading coils fire as one but I sware only one side had spark. Anyway i jiggled wires to the computer and now all 4 have spark!!! Spookly. Now i think i have fuel pump problems as a guage i piped in only shows about 30 to 40 lbs. running. I will deadhead the pump tonight and see if i get 60 to 80 lbs. If i do then it must be the regulator. By the way its a nonturbo 1990 GXL.
Thanks again, Helpess.
