mazda rx7 1991 i have power in the wires going to the colis but no power comming out tothe spark plug wire

 

So, let me see if I understand you correctly. You're getting primary voltage at all the igniters, but no secondary high voltage output. It's highly improbable that all the igniters would fail at once. Therefore, I would suggest checking either the CAS or ECU.
