First things first. 91 turbo

I modified an s4 front harness (battery to starter) to hook up to the rest of the harness and now i'm not getting any power to the starter.

What I modified was basically the alternator plug on it.

What i'm just figuring is that it is not compatable with the s5 turbo harness but i could be wrong. Is there anything along the line that I could have missed or any pointers of things to look for while checking in there?

BTW the reason i did the mod to the wire was because the previous owner hacked up the s5 harness to **** and i happened to have an extra s4 one sitting around.


Any help would be appreiciated. This is the last thing standing in my way of this rebuild.
