Question No power at ECU

Hi Folks

I'm trying to get my new project started. I bought it as a non-runner with the ECU supposedly dead.
I've found that there is no power at 3J on the ECU. This power should come through one of the main 60A fuses to the secondary fusebox and through a 7.5A fuse. Then out on a blue/red wire to a connector (X16) coming out as a white/blue to the ECU.
My questions are, which fuse is the 7.5A? It's not really labelled. Also, where is connector X16 ?

TIA

Thats the room fuse in the drivers kick panel fuse box. It won't prevent the car from running though. It is simply a memory line for the CPU.

X-16 is the connector between the front harness and the emissons harness and is found in the passengers kick panel. It is a 13 pin plug there.
