Ok guys i need your help again. So it turns out that my car i bought was flooded the guy i got it from was an idoit but thats of the subject. So i got it to fire but when i try it keeps trying to flood. Once i get it started its runs rough its really boggy and has no power. It revs pretty slow and really slow going up the littiest hills. It sounds like its missing is there a way to check the timing (if thats even possible) Im picking new plugs up tomorrow, but the only other thing that i can think of is maybe the cat, but the exaust is coming out strong. Any ideas?
