I've got an 89 TII, only engine mod is a cone filter. Today after my father blew up a electric fan relay on the car and we replaced it, the car is sluggish from the start and after that, there is nearly no power even with the pedal to the floor. The turbo spools fine, the gauge reads normal, but it just doesn't go anywhere. Any ideas?
