what does the 90 mean next to the original stock tire for the 1990 GTU, 205/60/25 90?

what does the 90 mean next to the original stock tire for the 1990 GTU, 205/60/25 90?
can anyone tell me what is the 90 is for? I'm planning to replace my old one for some new one for the exact size but some say 91. thanks

ive never seen a speed rating like that is there a letter after like 90S. it usually has a letter following but i would get s or better tire. If size permits get v or z if you can.
